Shipping & delivery

Questions about delivery times, destinations, or your order’s progress?

  • The store currently lists standard Nigerian delivery as 2–5 working days. Delivery timing can vary by destination and order; contact us for an update on a specific order.
  • For an order update, include the order reference and the phone number or email used at checkout.
  • The free standard delivery minimum is shown in the announcement bar and at checkout. Express and international delivery may have different charges.

Returns & exchanges

If there is a problem with an order, contact us before sending fabric back.

  • Tell us your order reference and what went wrong. If the item is damaged or different from what you ordered, include clear photos so we can review it.
  • We will confirm the available next steps with you before you return or exchange anything. Return eligibility depends on the order details and the applicable store policy.

Fabric care guide

Care depends on the fabric, dye, and embellishments, so check any care label or supplier guidance first.

  • When you are unsure, test a small hidden area before washing the full fabric.
  • Wash delicate or embellished fabrics gently and separately, avoid harsh bleach, and dry away from strong direct sunlight to help protect colour and finish.
  • Ask us about a particular fabric before ordering if you need care guidance for its material or finish.

Size & measurement

Fabrics are sold by the yard, metre, or piece, depending on the product listing.

  • Check the product option and unit before adding it to your bag. A piece or set may represent a fixed bundle rather than a cut length.
  • If the fabric is for a specific outfit, ask your tailor how much they need for the style and your measurements before placing the order.
  • If a product option or quantity is unclear, send us the product name or link and we can help you choose.
